I wanted to update you on something VERY important.

The FSA is looking to ban Self-Certified mortgages in the UK to control the levels of financing available, and also to control affordability.

The way we trade at The Protected Trader, we attract a LOT of property investors, so this is going to affect some people in a big way.

    Thanks for the heads up!

But bro, there are people teaching how to use ‘Self-Certified mortgages’ to fund buying houses. And the people who do buy this way don’t know how to make their ‘balance sheet’ balance so it COULD be a good idea.
